DU SOL Eligibility Criteria for Haryana Students

Delhi University School of Open Learning has set their eligibility criteria for regional Haryana students. The below-mentioned eligibility criteria apply for Distance and Online admissions for Undergraduate courses.

  • The student must be an Indian citizen.
  • Aspirants should have completed their 10+2 examination with good marks from a recognized board of education. 
  • In order to apply for these respective UG courses such as B.A programme, B.A (Honors), B.Com, and other bachelor’s programmes. A student has to secure more than 40% or above aggregate marks in their best of all individual subjects of 12th boards.
  • A student must have studied the UG course specialization in their 12th board.

DU SOL Undergraduate Course Admission Details for Haryana Students

DU SOL BA (Bachelors of Arts) Admission & Eligibility 2024:

To take admission in this BA Programme course a student must score 40% or above marks in their 12th board from any recognized educational board of India. BA (Bachelors of Arts) is a 3-year undergraduate course that consists of 6 equal semesters. This UG course is the same for Delhi or outsiders students who do not belong to the capital. 

The Undergraduate degree comes in the department of arts and humanities. Here in this course, students will get to learn about the subjects and enhancement of communication, history, language, politics, literature, or etc. Aspirants are required to pay the yearly fees of the course is Rs 3,630 (excluded from the examination paper fees).

DU SOL BA (Honors) English Admission & Eligibility 2024:

Candidates who want to take admission in this three-year under programme, the student must obtain 65% or above aggregate marks in their 12th board qualifying examination. Students must study English Elective or Core language in the 10+2 and must score above 75% or above marks only in their respective 12th standard.

DU SOL BA (Honors) Political Science Admissions & Eligibility 2024:

Students who have successfully completed their 10+2 with at least 50% or above marks are eligible to apply for this honors course. The total application fee for this course is around  INR 3,630. Students from different Arts/ Humanities/ or even commerce stream students can apply for this DU SOL Course. This course imparts the knowledge related to the inclusion of Indian or International politics, history and many more subjects or parts.

DU SOL B.Com Programme Admission & Eligibility 2024:

Those who are seeking admissions seats in this program will need to secure at least 40% or above marks in their commerce 10+2 boards. Students need to submit the course fee that is Rs 3,530 at the time of admission into this B.Com program course. A student who belongs to the commerce background or has studied mathematics can apply for this B.Com course.

This three-year undergraduate course teaches the students knowledge of business & management, financial accounting, economics, taxation, literature, etc. in the whole tenure of 3 years of study.

DU SOL B.Com (Honors) Admission & Eligibility 2024:

Students who are eager to pursue the programme in the commerce stream can apply for this honors course. In this honors course, a student needs to study these subjects such as mathematics, e-commerce, auditing, accounting, political science, management, advertising, and much more. Candidates who have scored more than 55% or above marks in technical/vocational stream with commerce background. They need to submit the course fee of Rs 3,830. 

Documents required at the time of Filling DU SOL Application Form by Haryana Students:

At the time of filling the DU SOL application form, a student needs to carry or attach these below-mentioned documents for their Undergraduate course. 

  • Original copy of 10th, 12th boards, and their passing certificates.
  • Other certificates; Migration certificate, transfer certificate, medical certificate (if needed).
  • Disability certificate if a person applies from the (PWD – person with a disability) category.
  • Students who belong to the reserved categories such as, SC (Schedule caste)/ ST (Schedule Tribe)/ OBC (Other Backward Classes), can carry at the time of filling the application form.
  • Original copy of residency proofs, and original identity proofs such as Aadhar Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ NRI proof.
  • Original Income certificate (if any applying from the EWS category).
  • Scanned passport size copy of the candidate.
  • Scanned signature of the candidate.
  • Soft copies of the academic certificates and titles.

DU SOL Application Admission Form 2024 In Haryana

The Delhi University School of Open Learning 2024 application form for different undergraduate courses has been released on October 22 at the official website of DU SOL. The last date to apply for UG programmes is December 15th’2023. Students are advised to fill the respective admission form before the due date without submitting the late fee. Step 1: For Haryana Students, first they need to visit at the official website of DU SOL ( https://sol.du.ac.in/ )

Step 2: Now students log in with their credentials and fill the application form. 

Step 3: Students will fill their basic details in the application form and upload the relevant prescribed documents at the uploading page of DU SOL. Such as, scanned copies of signatures, photographs, certificates, pass out copies, transfer, migration certificates, and much more which have been mentioned on the official homepage. 

Step 4: Once Haryana students have completed their application form, only their last step is left that is filling the course fee. 

Step 5: Pay the DU SOL course fee through the online mode of transaction. Students can pay their respective course fees through online mode (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking) 

Step 6: students can take the confirmation slip printouts that are duly filled or submitted on the DU SOL’s official website. Save the copy for future references.

While filling the application form by Haryana students, they need to pay more attention while submitting the application form for their respective courses. If they have done any mistake in filling the admission form there whole application will be declined by the University of Delhi School of Open Learning.
