The Joint Entrance Examination of Delhi University is the mandatory examination for the admission to BBA program of three years of duration. The program provides one of the highest placements in UG level courses. Usually, the examination dates are scheduled for the BBA program between August and September every year, but due to the COVID pandemic, the exams are postponed several times this year. Eligibility Criteria for Taking Admission to BBA Course

The first phase is the JAT score to meet by the students. DU JAT is one of the most popular examinations in India for management programs. You need to ensure that you have the eligibility to clear the JAT score of the respective year in which you want to take admission. The basic eligibility criteria for participating in DU JAT are mentioned below:

  1. The candidate must have passed at least the class 12th examination from a recognized board of education. 
  2. Students must have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate with the best four subjects that should include Math, English and any two other subjects of their choice are eligible for the JAT examination.
  3. Reserved category candidates need to have at least 55% marks or above in aggregate in the senior secondary level examination. 
  4. Candidates who are with compartment results in any subject are not eligible for the JAT entrance examination conducted by the university and hence they are completely not eligible for the admission procedure of DU BBA.

Selection Procedure in Delhi University for BBA Program

Candidates need to appear for JAT and pass the same for taking admission to the BBA course. The examination will consist of four sections: General and Business Awareness, Quantitative Ability, English and Reasoning. 

Candidates are advised to check the admission or selection procedure of DU JAT:

  1. The students are shortlisted on the basis of the score achieved in their JAT entrance examination.
  2. The shortlisted students will be then called for further rounds like group discussion, and personal interviews. These rounds are conducted for the applications of BBA FIA and BMS. 
  3. Note: For the BBA program there will be no GD and PI rounds.
