There are mainly four different specializations in DU MBA. Students are advised to check all the details clearly mentioned on the official platform of Delhi University. The specializations include General MBA, MBA in Business Administration, Executive MBA, and MBA in Finance. Students can also take admission to MBA in HR, Financial Market Practice, etc.

Distance MBA Course Structure (2024-2025)
There are four semesters in all for two years degree program of Delhi University. This degree course is split into two different parts and each section consists of two different semesters. It is known as semester 1 and semester 2. Students need to read 8 papers/subjects every semester for the first year. In the second year, they have to read three subjects/ papers in semesters 3 and 4 to pass the degree course.
- Total credits to obtain by the students: 22 (in all four semesters)
- Elective subjects: 5 in each semester for the second year with total credits of 10
- Overall credits to pass the course: 144 credits

Who is Eligible for School of Open Learning Admissions?
UG Courses
- 10+2 from a recognized Education Board
- A minimum of 45-50% marks in the qualifying exam.
- Basic Knowledge of the English language.
PG Courses
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- At least 45-50% marks in the qualifying exam.
- Must have studied the English language at 10+2 or graduation level.
Note: For some courses, the university might conduct an entrance exam & the eligibility will also depend on the scores of that exam.
DU SOL Admissions FAQ
There is a total of eight subjects a student has to read in the first semester.
A total of 144 credits are required to pass an MBA examination. Ten hours of study will provide you one credit.
There are a total of sixteen papers are there in the first and second semesters.
